*CIA The Central Intelligence Agency is primarily focused on providing intelligence for the Presidentand Cabinet of the United States.

*FCC The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is an independent agency of the United States government created by statute (47 U.S.C.§ 151and 47 U.S.C.§ 154) to regulate interstate communications by radio, television, wire, satellite, and cable. The FCC works towards six goals in the areas of broadband, competition, the spectrum, the media, public safety and homeland security, and modernizing itself.

*FEDERAL RESERVE : The Federal Reserve System (also known as the Federal Reserve or simply the Fed) is the central banking system of the United States of America. It was created on December 23, 1913, with the enactment of the Federal Reserve Act, after a series of financial panics (particularly the panic of 1907) led to the desire for central control of the monetary system in order to alleviate financial crises.

*SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION: The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission(SEC) is an independent agency of the United States federal government. *SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION  is an independent agency of the U.S. federal government that administers Social Security, a social insurance program consisting of retirement, disability, and survivors' benefits. To qualify for most of these benefits, most workers pay Social Security taxes on their earnings; the claimant's benefits are based on the wage earner's contributions.

ENERGY (27.9): manages the United States' nuclear infrastructure and administers the country's energy policy. The Department of Energy also funds scientific research in the field.

*FEDERAL MARITIME COMMISSION:  The United States Federal Maritime Commission(FMC) is an independent federal agency, based in Washington, D.C., responsible for the regulation of oceanborne international transportation of the U.S.

*SURFACE TRANSPORTATION BOARD: The STB has broad economic regulatory oversight of railroads, including rates, service, the construction, acquisition and abandonment of rail lines, carrier mergers and interchange of traffic among carriers. The STB also has oversight of pipeline carriers, intercity bus carriers, moving van companies, trucking companies involved in collective activities and water carriers engaged in non-contiguous domestic trade. The Board has wide discretion, through its exemption authority from federal, state and local laws, to tailor its regulatory activities to meet the nation’s changing transportation needs.
